Helping Families and Friends Honour Their Loved One
The staff members of Kennedy Funeral Home will guide your family in creating a meaningful ceremony to honour the life and memory of a loved one. A ceremony can be anything you wish it to be: simple or elaborate, traditional or unique. No matter how it's tailored, such a ceremony is an important step in recovering from loss.

Learn a little more about us
Sunday, April 8, 2012Did you know that we are the only funeral home owners that live, work and play here in Town (Essex Centre). Our staff are members of the Knights of Columbus # 3305, St. Paul's Anglican Church, the Salvation Army, the CWL, Royal Canadian Legion # 201 and Holy Name of Jesus Church. Our children are involved in Essex Minor Hockey and Soccer, as well as Maidstone Baseball. Most of our local churches have had us produce professional cards, books, awards, videos and gifts for their events. If your church needs a unique gift for anything we have the answer. Contact Tony for details on our Community Partner Program. Read more

She volunteers at local nursing homes with the Salvation Army. Our support program is strictly there to provide assistance for grieving families and to make sure nothing was missed. Perhaps it's as simple as having a phone conversation to having a cup of tea. We are there from the beginning and after the guests are gone. Read more
